Refund Policy

We stand behind The Talking Dog course completely. If you purchase the course and are not satisfied for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no awkward questions, no hassle.

We believe in our course so strongly that we're happy to take on all the risk so you don't have to.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Have purchased The Talking Dog course directly from our website
• Submit your refund request within 30 calendar days of your purchase date
• Contact us from the email address used to make the purchase

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

Once we have received and confirmed your refund request, here is what to expect:

• We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 working days to show the refund in your account
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us and we will look into it immediately.

The following situations fall outside our standard refund policy:

• Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
• Purchases made through a third-party platform (if applicable) — refund rules of that platform apply
• Accounts found to have violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g. sharing login details or distributing course materials)

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
